How can I contact you?

Where can I see the Product Details?

Kindly click on the ‘Shop Midea’ tab and select the Product Category of your choice. Once inside the category, click on the specific product to show the specifications.

Can I use your products for my business?

Yes, but it depends on the product and the scale of your business. You may reach our Online Product Consultants via Facebook messenger  at m.me/MideaPhilippines or thru email via support@mideaph.com

How can I purchase an item?                                            

As you are viewing the item of your choice you may click the ‘Buy it now’ button located on the right part of the page. This will bring you to the Customer Information Sheet. Fill out the details needed (including the gift card or discount code if available). Once you have provided all the necessary information you may now click on ‘Apply’.

What are the different modes of payment?              

There are currently two available options for payment. 

  • Online Transfer – You may transfer payments to our BDO Unibank, Bank of the Philippine Islands, GCash and Paypal Accounts
  • Credit Card - We also accept Visa and Mastercard payments thru Paypal

We are currently unable to accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments but we are working to make this available for you soon!

I do not have a Paypal account.  Can I still pay using my Credit Card?

Yes. Just click ‘Pay with Paypal’  then on the Paypal page look for the ‘Pay with Bank or Credit Card’ button. 

Can I reuse my discount code?                            

Yes. You may reuse your discount code and even share it with family and friends. 

Shipping and Deliveries

We are currently in partnership with LalaMove to facilitate deliveries within NCR. Note that delivery schedules are affected with the ongoing Expanded Community Quarantine (ECQ) and actual dispatch of items may vary depending on your location. We will be facilitating deliveries via LBC Express beginning May 4, 2020.

Do you do deliver nationwide?

We are unable to do this as of the moment. Deliveries are within NCR only.

How can I avail of Free Delivery?   

Our current program offers free delivery (within NCR only) for transactions with a total minimum amount of Php 3,000.00. Transactions below the minimum amount will be charged an additional fee of Php 200.00 to cover shipping within NCR.

How long before I receive my order?

Ordered items are expected to be delivered within 48 hours upon confirmation of payment.

Where can I send the proof of payment?

You may send us a clear copy of your proof of payment via Facebook messenger  at m.me/MideaPhilippines or thru email via support@mideaph.com. Please do not forget to include the name you have provided in the Customer Information Sheet for proper validation.

How can I follow up order delivery?        

You may follow-up your orders via Facebook messenger at m.me/MideaPhilippines or thru email via support@mideaph.com. Please provide the order number of your transaction for faster tracking.

What do I do if my scheduled orders do not arrive on time? 

Report the matter to us immediately via Facebook messenger at m.me/MideaPhilippines or thru email via support@mideaph.com. Please provide the order number of your transaction for faster tracking.

Damaged item upon delivery. What should I do?

Report the matter to us immediately via Facebook messenger at m.me/MideaPhilippines or thru email via support@mideaph.com. Please provide the order number of your transaction for faster validation.

Incomplete items upon delivery. What should I do?

Report the matter to us immediately via Facebook messenger at m.me/MideaPhilippines or thru email via support@mideaph.com. Please provide the order number of your transaction for faster validation.

Wrong item upon delivery. What should I do?

Do not accept or receive the items and report the matter to us immediately via Facebook messenger at m.me/MideaPhilippines or thru email via support@mideaph.com. Please provide the order number of your transaction for faster validation.

Can I cancel my order?                  

Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours upon placement.  

Can I change my order?             

Yes. Orders may be changed within 24 hours upon placement and if the item has not yet been delivered and received. Note that items in exchange of the initial order should be of equal or greater value than the original item.
